Itinerary for Nepal Splendid Tour
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Your adventure begins in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you’ll be greeted by our guide and transferred to your hotel. Take some time to rest and refresh before embarking on your exploration of this vibrant city.
Day 2: Sightseeing in Kathmandu
Today, you’ll dive into Kathmandu’s rich history and culture with visits to UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, and Pashupatinath Temple, a sacred Hindu temple complex. You’ll also explore the ancient royal palace of Kathmandu, Hanuman Dhoka.
Day 3: Drive from Kathmandu to Bandipur
After breakfast, you’ll continue your journey to Bandipur, a hilltop town famous for its stunning views and preserved Newari culture. Upon arrival, you’ll check into your hotel and have the rest of the day at leisure to explore the town’s charming streets and soak in its peaceful ambiance.
Day 4: Drive from Bandipur to Pokhara
After breakfast, you’ll travel to Pokhara, a picturesque city known for its stunning mountain views and serene lakes. The journey offers scenic views of the countryside and the Himalayas. Upon arrival in Pokhara, you’ll check into your hotel and have the rest of the day at leisure to explore the charming lakeside town.
Day 5: Sunrise from Sagarngkot and explore the Pokhara City
Today, wake up early in the morning and drive to Sarangkot to watch a breathtaking sunrise over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges.
Drive back to hotel, have a breakfast and explore the Pokhara city.
Today, you’ll explore the natural beauty of Pokhara with visits to the famous places: Davi’s Fall (also known as Devin’s and David’s), or Patale Chhango in local terms, is a mesmerizing waterfall located two kilometers southwest of the Pokhara Airport on Siddhartha Highway.
We will continue our trip to Gupteswar Cave, situated in the southern region of Chorepatan, is renowned for its religious significance. Seti River, another natural wonder that captivates located in the Seti Gorge. Mahindra Cave – a large limestone cave in Pokhara, Bindhayabasini Temple, an esteemed Hindu temple devoted to the divine Goddess Durga, International Mountain Museum – to learn about the local culture and history of Mountain life style. World Peace Pagoda – Buddhist stupa located on top of a hill. Lastly we visit Phewa Lake, where you can enjoy a boat ride with the backdrop of the Annapurna range and after boating in the Lake we visit Barahi Templ.

Day 6: Drive from Pokhara to Tansen then continue to Lumbini
Today, you’ll travel to Tansen, a charming hill town known for its panoramic views of the Himalayas and its well-preserved Newari architecture. You’ll explore the town’s narrow streets, visit the Tansen Durbar, and soak in the laid-back atmosphere.

Day 7: Driver from Lumbini to Chitwan
After breakfast, you’ll travel to Chitwan National Park, one of Nepal’s most famous wildlife reserves. Upon arrival, you’ll check into your lodge and have lunch. In the afternoon, you’ll embark on a jungle safari to spot wildlife such as rhinos, elephants, and maybe even a Royal Bengal tiger.
Day 8: Explore Chitwan (full day Jungle activities)

Day 9: Drive Chitwan to Nagarkot

Day 10: Drive from Nagarkot to Kathmandu doing sightseeing:
Today, wake up early morning for the breathtaking sunrise view over the Himalayas. Nagarkot is one of the best places in Nepal to see the sunrise, with panoramic views of the mountains, including Mount Everest on clear days.
Have a breakfast and drive to Kathmandu. From Nagarkot, our journey descends through the hills, offering beautiful views of the valleys, terraced fields, and local villages.
On the way you will visit two rich cultural and UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bhaktapur and Patan.
Evening you will arrive in Kathmandu and check-in hotel.
Day 11: Free day in Kathmandu
Have a breakfast. Today you will have the rest of the day at leisure to explore the city or do some last-minute shopping for souvenirs. Overnight at hotel.
Day 12: Departure from Kathmandu
