										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tamang Heritage Trek is a in Langatang Region which is newly open trekking trail route. This trail was developed by the Tourism for Rural Poverty Alleviation Program under United Nations Development Project (UNDP). You will observe the typical life style and culture of the rich cultural heritage of ethnic Nepalese Tamang people staying in Mountain. This trail also includes Himalaya mountain experience. After a few hours drive from Kathmandu, the trek goes in the rural mountains area with ancient Tibetan monasteries, rhododendron and bamboo forests and lakes. This trek offers the amazing views of Mountain including Langtang Lirung (7245m), Dorje Lakpa (6989m), Langtang Kerung, Chumse Danda ridge (5122m), Jugal Himal, Ganesh Himal, Manaslu and more Mountains.</p>
<h3>ITINERARY FOR TAMANG HERITAGE TREKKING TRAIL</h3>
<p>Day 1 – Arrival in Kathmandu (1350m), meet our office representative and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.</p>
<p>Day 2 – Morning have a breakfast and drive to Syabrubensi (1400m) – 7 hours by public bus. Overnight at lodge</p>
<p>Day 3 – Trek from Syabrubesi to Ghatlang (2238m) – 5 to 6 hrs. Overnight at lodge/tea house.</p>

<p>Day 3 / Get up early morning then transfer to airport then fly from Pokhara to Jomsom which is around 25 mintes flight. Arive in Jomsom and starts trek from Jomsom to (2750m) – 3:30 hrs. Overnight at Teahouse/Lodge.</p>

During the trekking – Smile Adventure and Tours will arrange your accommodation at standard tea house or lodge – room on twin sharing basis with attached bathroom however some places will not have attached bathroom so; bathroom are on sharing basis.</p>
<p>Meal</p>
<p>Smile Adventure and Tours offers breakfast in the hotel in Kathmandu &amp; Pokhara but you have to pay your own lunch and dinner.<br />
Smile Adventure and Tours will provide all meals (breakfast, lunch &amp; dinner) during the trekking in Mountain area.</p>
<p>Transportation</p>
<p>Private Vehicle : – Airport transfer (day 1) &amp; drop (day14), transfer from Nayapul to Pokhara (day 11).<br />

OPTIONAL : if you want to take a flight between Kathmandu and Pokhara then we offer you US$ 95 per person for one ways &amp; US$ 190 for round trip which is extra (not included in the price).<br />
Guide &amp; Porter during the trekking</p>
<p>Smile Adventure and Tours will provide a professional trekking guide (license holder). We arrange porter(s) to carry your gears (a porter can carry maximum 15 kg) and the porter will accompany with you. The number of porter depends on group size. We will provide the salary, accommodation, insurance, meals for the guide and porter.</p>
<p>A trekking day in Jomsom Muktinath Trek</p>
<p>The trek starts after a delicious breakfast with a cup of tea. Our guide briefs about trail then after we start to walk of 3 to 4 hours. We offer lunch in a local teahouse or shop. After luch you will relax for a while and continue to walk for for 3 to 4 hours until we reach next destination. When we reach next destination we can enjoy short hiking around the village or enjoy games. Evening have a dinner and overnight at the teahouse/lodge. We also offer to rest frequently and give enough time to load &amp; capacitor the amazing scenery of mountain, local settlement, and countryside in your camera during the trail.</p>

<p>Health &amp; Experience Required for Jomsom Muktinath Trek</p>
<p>The Jomsom Muktinath Trek trek is a easy grade trek which offers at least 5-6 hours easy work in a day. We can do Jomsom Muktinath Trek if you have average physical fitness with good health condition. Please note that walking in higher altitude demands more physical fitness than walking in lower altitudes. Some weeks of exercise and jogging before the starting the Jomsom Muktinath Trek is highly suggestible. Headaches, fever, vomiting, dizziness, loss of appetite or stomach disorders are symptoms of high altitude Sickness, the main cause of high altitude sickness is lack of enough oxygen in air. We find less oxygen in the higher altitude then less altitude so the Jomsom Muktinath Trek itinerary have been customized by Smile Adventure and Tours considering the sufficient time to acclimatize in each places.</p>
<p>Trekking grade of Jomsom Muktinath Trek</p>
<p>Moderate: Jomsom Muktinath Trek is a little bit more challenging to first time trekker. It engages 6 to 7 hours walking in a day. This trek gradually goes up to 3802M altitude and will offer close view of big mountains also.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Gosainkunda Lake Trek is one of the beautiful mountain and lake view trekking in Nepal which is suited in Langtang Region. The final destination of this trek is Gosainkunda Lake where we will find other lakes such as Bhairabkunda, Sarsawatikunda, Surya Kund, etc. Gosainkunda is a important lake for Hindu and Buddhist. After being popular thousand of people visit this place every year. The trek goes touch the south of Tibetan border. We find inhabited people Tamang during the trek. The culture, tradition and lifestyle of Tamang people are affected from Tibetan society. The trail goes through forest with different birds and animals, beautiful village.</p>
<p>Our trail offers low peaks climbing, exploration of lakes and excellent mountain view. You will get pleasure from forest of rhododendron, oak, pine and flora and fauna during the trail. You will also enjoy watching different birds such as night jars, barbets, black-capped sibias and many more beautiful birds. We will drive from Kathamdnu to Dhunche then start our trek to Gosainkunda Lake.<br />
We will cross pass of Laurebina pass (4610m) and Gosainkunda pass (4610m) then we get Gosainkunda Lake. We will get a opportunity to observe the excellent view of Mt. Manaslu, Mt. Ganesh Himal and Annapurna Panoramic vie during the trek. From Gosainkunda Laka our trail leads through Helambu village crossing the village of Tharepati Kutumsang, Chisopani and get Sundarijal. From we will drive to Kathamndu by a private vehicle.</p>

We arrange porter(s) to carry your gears (a porter can carry maximum 15 kg) and the porter will accompany with you. The number of porter depends on group size. We will provide the salary, accommodation, insurance, meals for the guide and porter.</p>
<h3><strong>A trekking day in Everest View Trek</strong></h3>
<p>The trek starts after a delicious breakfast with a cup of tea. Our guide briefs about trail then after we start to walk of 3 to 4 hours. We offer lunch in a local teahouse or shop. After lunch you will relax for a while and continue to walk for for 3 to 4 hours until we reach next destination. When we reach next destination we can enjoy short hiking around the village or enjoy games. Evening have a dinner and overnight at the teahouse/lodge.</p>
<p>We also offer to rest frequently and give enough time to load &amp; capacitor the amazing scenery of mountain, local settlement, and countryside in your camera during the trail.</p>

<h3><strong>Health &amp; Experience Required for the trekking</strong></h3>
<p>The Everest View Trek is a Moderate trek which offers at least 4-5 hours easy work in a day. We can do Everest View Trek if you have average physical fitness with good health condition. Please note that walking in higher altitude demands more physical fitness than walking in lower altitudes. Several weeks of exercise and jogging before the starting the Everest View Trek is highly suggestible. If you have done hiking and have good past experience it also helps to do this Everest View Trek but technical skill does not require for this trip.</p>
<p>Headaches, fever, vomiting, dizziness, loss of appetite or stomach disorders are symptoms of high altitude Sickness, the main cause of high altitude sickness is lack of enough oxygen in air. We find less oxygen in the higher altitude then less altitude so the Everest View Trek itinerary have been customized by Smile Adventure and Tours considering the sufficient time to acclimatize in each places.</p>

<p>Annapurna Sanctuary Trek is a magnificent mountain scenery trek in Annapurna Region Trekking which is very popular in the world. The trek trail goes via various ecological and culture place with superb flora, fauna, waterfall, villages, rhododendron and bamboo forest and many more wonderful mountain view. The event of sunrise over the mountain provide inner peace. As per the itinerary you will drive about 6 hours drive or 30 minutes flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara and stay one night in Pokhara.</p>
<p>Next day you will drive about 30 minutes to Nayapool then you start slowly walking to Tikhedhunga (1540m) then Ghandruk watching Mt. Annapurna, Machhepuchre and Dhaulagiri. You will hike through the village of local ethnic group of Thakali and Gurung as well. Your trail will ascend continuously to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC) then Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) which is the final destination. From ABC your trail back descending the same route to Nayapool enjoy the mountain view and hot spring places. From Nayapool you will drive to Pokhara and next day again drive back to Kathmandu.</p>
