The Classic Everest trek, takes in the best of the Khumbu and Everest. Spend the night at Everest Base Camp and enjoy more time and more views of Everest and the beautiful, tranquil Gokyo.It is a stunningly beautiful trek, taking you up through dense rhododendron forests, to what feels like the face of the Mount Everest itself, as you get up close and personal with Thamserku, Kangtega and Ama Dablam mountains and many more.
The Ebc Trek incorporates undoubtedly by far the most exciting and dramatic section,taking you to everest via the sacred lakes of the Gokyo Valley, visit the magnificent viewpoint Gokyo Ri.Crossing the Chola pass may seem like a daunting prospect for average walker, but our team will sought out and create a delightful route through stunning scenery.To begin with, Everest trek is a moderate-strenuous trek, which makes it interesting enough for someone starting out in the Himalayas.It begins with a spectacular flight from Kathmandu to Lukla airport. We then follow the route to the Khumbu, the busy market village of Namche Bazaar and onwards, alongside the raging Imja Khola River to the high valley below Mount Everest. En route to the world’s highest peak, we will visit many picturesque Sherpa villages.
In sum, this trek offers an excellent introduction to the delights of trekking in Everest Region, the colorful and vibrant city of Kathmandu and friendly interaction with the Sherpa people.
Day 01 : Arrive at Kathmandu airport (1345meters) & transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 : Transfer to the airport and fly from Kathmandu to Lukla – 30 minutes & then trek from Lukla to Phakding (2640 m.) – 3 hours. Overnight at hotel/teahouse.
Day 03 : Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440 m.) – 4.30 hours. Overnight at hotel/teahouse.
Day 04 : Rest at Namche Bazar for acclimatization and excursion around the places. Overnight at hotel/teahouse.
Day 05 : Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche (3867m.) – 5 hours. Overnight at hotel/teahouse.
Day 06 : Trek from Tyangboche to Dingboche (4260m.) – 5 hours. Overnight at hotel/teahouse.
Day 07 : Rest at Dingboche for acclimatization and excursion in and around the places. Overnight at hotel/teahouse.
Day 08 : Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4930m.) via Dughla/Thukla (4620m.) – 5 hours. Overnight at hotel/teahouse.
Day 09 : Trek from Lobuche (4900m.) to Gorakshep (5180m.) – 4 hours, Trek from Gorakshep (5180m.) to Everest Base Camp (5364m) and retrace back to Gorakshep 3 hours. Overnight at hotel/teahouse.
Day 10 : Trek from Gorakshep to Kala Patthar (5545m.) and back to Pheriche (4243m.) – 6 hours. Overnight at hotel/teahouse.
Day 11 : Trek from Pheriche to Khumjung (3790m.) via Phortse (3750m.) – 6hours. Overnight at hotel/teahouse.
Day 12 : Trek from Khumjung to Monjo (2835m.) – 5 hours. Overnight at hotel/teahouse.
Day 13 : Trek from Monjo to Lukla (2800m.) 5 hours. Overnight at hotel/teahouse.
Day 14 : Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu – 30 minutes. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight at hotel/teahouse.
Day 15 : Free day in Kathmandu.
Day 16 : Transfer to the airport for your final departure from Nepal.
Smile Adventure and tours arrange mid range hotel in Kathmandu – room on twin sharing basis where you will find neat and clean environment.
During the trekking, Smile Adventure will arrange your accommodation at standard tea house or lodge – room on twin sharing basis with attached bathroom however some places will not have attached bathroom so; bathroom are on sharing basis.
We offer breakfast in the hotel in Kathmandu but you have to pay your own lunch and dinner.
We will provide all meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) during the trekking in Mountain area.

Flight – round trip air fare US$ 322 for Kathmandu to Lukla (day 2) & Lukla to Kathmandu (day 14) which does not include in the above price.
Guide & Porter during the trekking
Smile Adventure and tours will provide a professional trekking guide (license holder). We arrange porter(s) to carry your gears (a porter can carry maximum 15 kg) and the porter will accompany with you. The number of porter depends on group size. We will provide the salary, accommodation, insurance, meals for the guide and porter.
A trekking day in Everest Base Camp Trek
The trek starts after a delicious breakfast with a cup of tea. Our guide briefs about trail then after we start to walk of 3 to 4 hours. We offer lunch in a local tea house or shop. After lunch you will relax for a while and continue to walk for for 3 to 4 hours until we reach next destination. When we reach next destination we can enjoy short hiking around the village or enjoy games. Evening have a dinner and overnight at the tea house/lodge.
We also offer to rest frequently and give enough time to load & capacitor the amazing scenery of mountain, local settlement, and countryside in your camera during the trail.

Health & Experience Required for Everest Base Camp Trek
The Everest Base Camp Trek is a strenuous grade trek which offers at least 6-7 hours easy work in a day. We can do Everest Base Camp Trek if you have average physical fitness with good health condition. Please note that walking in higher altitude demands more physical fitness than walking in lower altitudes. Several weeks of exercise and jogging before the starting the Everest Base Camp Trek is highly suggestible. If you have done hiking and have good past experience it also helps to do this Everest Base Camp Trek but technical skill does not require for this trip.
Headaches, fever, vomiting, dizziness, loss of appetite or stomach disorders are symptoms of high altitude Sickness, the main cause of high altitude sickness is lack of enough oxygen in air. We find less oxygen in the higher altitude then less altitude so the Everest Base Camp Trek itinerary have been customized by Smile Adventure and Tours considering the sufficient time to acclimatize in each places.
Trekking grade of Everest Base Camp Trek
Everest Base Camp Trek is a Strenuous trek & This trek needs a good physical fitness with some mountain experience also. It offers a magnificent view of mountains range with a vertical climbing. This trip ascends up to 5545 meters.
All trekkers / travelers are requested to insure their travel insurance before traveling for Everest Base Camp Trek. Please note that the insurance should be covered medical, air ambulance, helicopter rescue, and all treatment costs.
